Global Tele Sales
Global Tele Sales (GTS) is a subsidiary of the Lufthansa Aviation Group with nine service centers across the globe that work together to provide exceptional service to Lufthansa customers.

What we are looking for
If you possess the following, then complete our online application form here:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in German, Japanese or Korean (native speaker level) plus fluency in English
  • Flexibility to work a seasonal rotating roster between 7am and 10pm, 7 days a week (NB: Korean market is currently 10am and up to 9pm, Monday to Friday)
  • Experience in a customer service environment (ideally in the travel industry) would be a distinct advantage.
  • Permanent Australian residency or long term visa status (minimum 12 months)
