Customer Service Consultants
GTS seeks talented sales & customer service-focused agents to join our team in the Melbourne CBD in Permanent Part-time and Full Time Capacities. You will receive comprehensive training to service Lufthansa customers calling from Asia, North America and Europe.

To apply, you must be fluent in German or English or Japanese.

We also require:
  • Permanent residency / Long-term work visa (18 months +)
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters - 7am to 10pm, 7 days/week
  • Experience in a Call Centre and/or Travel Industry is ideal
GTS offers a competitive salary including attractive performance based rewards. Initial training is 8 weeks full-time on commencement.

On completion of training and probation, GTS employees are eligible for benefits associated with the airline industry.
